Welcome to Cult Social Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or working with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Cult Social Studio provides marketing and creative services, which may include but are not limited to social media management, content creation, branding and strategy, and consulting or creative direction. All services are outlined and agreed upon in writing prior to the start of any project.

By working with us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, respond in a timely manner to requests, approvals, or feedback, supply any required materials such as logos, assets, and account access, and ensure you have the legal right to use any content you provide. Delays in communication or missing materials may impact timelines and results.

All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated. A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins. Payment plans, if offered, must be followed as agreed. Late payments may result in paused work or additional fees. We reserve the right to withhold final deliverables until full payment is received.

Due to the nature of digital and creative services, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. This includes but is not limited to strategy work, content creation, consulting, and retainers.

Revisions are limited to what is outlined in your agreement. Additional revisions or requests outside the original scope may incur extra fees. Major changes after approval may require a new project or additional billing.

You retain ownership of any content or materials you provide. Upon full payment, you are granted a license to use the final deliverables for your business. Cult Social Studio retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio and use content for marketing or promotional purposes. Raw files, working files, or unused concepts remain the property of Cult Social Studio unless otherwise agreed.

We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to follower growth, engagement rates, or sales. Marketing outcomes depend on many external factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right to terminate a project or working relationship if these Terms are violated, communication breaks down, payments are not made, or there is inappropriate or abusive behavior. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cult Social Studio will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities, or issues arising from third-party platforms such as Instagram or TikTok.

We may use third-party platforms or tools to deliver services and are not responsible for platform outages, algorithm changes, or third-party errors or disruptions.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
